Tool
The Leadership Profiler consists of 40 sets of statements. Respondents are asked to move a slide that always starts in the middle, either towards the left or the right statement, according to their opinion.

Each statement is followed by two slides. The top one indicates the respondent’s evaluation of the person’s common way of acting (“The way it is”), while the bottom statement allows the respondent to indicate how they would prefer to see the person acting (“The way it should be”).
After each statement, room is provided for the respondent to explain their evaluation, to comment or give the person suggestions.
It is important to note that the responses are subjective. The tool doesn’t directly measure a person’s leadership styles, but measures how the people around them experience their styles.
