The Leadership Profiler is a 360 degree feedback tool with one focal person and multiple respondents, divided into 4 categories – boss, direct reports, peers and (external) partners. In the report results are given for each of the 4 categories, but it is never revealed which respondent gave which answer.
To make the responses truly anonymous , it is necessary to invite at least two respondents per category (except in the case of boss).
Furthermore, only the administrator at the Center for Strategy & Leadership has access to the database connecting respondent to responses. This database will be treated with full confidentiality, never revealing this information to others (neither to the client nor to third parties).
