The Leadership Profiler is a comprehensive tool for measuring people’s leadership styles. A leadership style is the way in which a person tries to engage others to move in a certain direction.
This tool maps what type of leadership styles a particular person is seen to use and allows the respondent to evaluate the effectiveness of each of the leadership styles that a person employs.
